Tennessee- Our award winning, unaged, corn whiskey is made from 100% non GMO, heirloom Hickory Cane corn grown at Riverplains Farm. Double distilled using a repurposed pot still, our whiskey represents how whiskey used to be made- with local ingredients and ingenuity.

United States - 45% - Three-year-old 100% straight corn whiskey distilled in Kentucky then finished in Oregon. This corn whiskey produces flavors of roasted corn, sarsaparilla, and walnut skin.

Texas- Engineer's is an all corn whiskey sourced from local Texas farmers. The combination of the corn whiskey aging in used bourbon barrels gives it a flavor profile that is smooth and mellow, similar to Scotch whiskeys and Irish whiskeys.

Texas - The Gonzales is a Tennesse style Corn Whiskey comprised of 70% corn base. It is 101 proof to honor the Mighty 101st Airborne Division, US Army. This recipe was handed down for 5 generations to one grandson, the current owner of Clifford Distilling in Port Arthur, TX.

USA- Fiitted with a mash of 80% Corn, 11% Rye and 9% Malt. Distilled w/ Kentucky limestone water, in a column still, and then subsequently distilled in a continuous pot still that acts as a doubler to extract flavors. Aged 4 years to reach the optimal amount of oak influence.
