Corsair Whiskey

Tennessee- Pot distilled from cherry, beechwood, and peat smoked barley. Nose has a bold smokiness with background of sugar. Taste of peat that comes through on front end and becomes sugar-coated toward the middle with some hints of the cherry. Nice balance of grain and sweetness.

Kentucky- 61% Malted rye,4% malted chocolate rye and 35% malted barley make up the grain bill of this rich, delicious whiskey.Unlike many other rye whiskeys, we do not use corn to fill our grain bill choosing instead malted barley.

Kentucky- Our Ryemageddon Single Barrel Cask Strength opens up with alcohol and rye spice, light vanilla, wood tannin, and bread on the pallet, finished off with a kick of lingering chocolate.
