Pennsylvania- This single barrel rye was hand-selected for its unique profile and complexity. Black pepper up front with cinnamon is closely followed by balanced notes of mild pear and apricots. Malt sweetness leads to burnt caramel with wood notes that fade into a long, soft finish.
