Dark Lager

United States - Washington - Dark Horse Black Lager is Schwarzbier, a German styled dark lager. Black in color, this lager features subtle roast and chocolate flavors from the malt pair perfectly with herbal notes from Yakima Washington grown Contessa Hops.

Washington- Euro Dark Lager- 5.6% ABV. Dark European style lager that is light in body with moderate roast. Pleasant nose on the front and the Saaz hops that accent a crisp finish.

Texas- American Amber/Red Lager- 5.7% ABV. This medium bodied dark lager boasts notes of roasted malts while finishing clean and dry. Tettnager hops provide light bitterness. This beer pairs well with everything from carne asadas to ceviche!

Japan/Canada/Wisconsin - Euro Dark lager- 5% ABV. Complex, yet notably smooth. Robust, offering aromas of chocolate and roasted dark malt, complimented by a sweet, round fullness of black coffee on the palate. Pair with grilled, roasted or blackened meats, and hearty seafoods.

United States - Arizona - "Chela Negra" is our take on a Mexican dark lager; brewed to have big character and remarkably smooth flavor, expect notes of rich malt, subtle coffee, and dark fruit to shine through on the aroma and palate, with just a slight kick of bitter to round it out.

Colorado- Vienna Lager- 5.2% ABV. Mexican Lager Dark is a smooth, slightly malty lager with balanced sweetness and hop crispness. Our winter cousin to Mexican Logger is available from October to March.

Kentucky- American-Style Lager- 5.2% ABV. We've been known to craft a cerveza that's redefined the word "crushable"- especially in the warmer months. Now we've added a dash of dark malt to create La Bamba Negra featuring the same trademark crushability and light body.

United States - Florida - Rich, malty, crispy, and refreshing, all at once. The dark lager version of our house No Mames makes its triumphant return with all the roasted coffee notes and a bright clean finish

United States - Illinois - Brewed and fermented back in November with traditional Czech Lager yeast then horizontally cold-conditioned in our lagering tanks for eight long weeks to allow everything to mellow out and come together.

Tennessee- Munich Dunkel Lager- 5.5% ABV. 25-30 IBUs. Rich, deep and complex, our Munich Dunkel is many things, but heavy isn't one of them. This classic German dark lager is to be savored slowly to enjoy the flavors of biscuits, cocoa and caramel.
