Dark Lager

Minnesota- Vienna Lager- Gold Medal 2014 WBC. Pours a dark copper color with a white head. The aroma is rich, malty and sweet with a light dose of earthy hops. A clean crispness starts the taste followed by flavors of sweet caramel, toasted malts, biscuits & light, bitter hops.

United States - Connecticut - "Dark" in German, our Munich style Dunkel lager is smooth and malty with notes of toasted bread, caramel, and chocolate. Brewed with a blend of Pilsner, Munich, and roasted malts, this dark lager is perfect on a brisk New England night.

United States - California - Aromas of biscuit with some corn chip and brown sugar notes followed by caramel, hints of Concord grape and dates. This beer pays tribute to the late-night rhythms that pulse through Oakland - from mass and fund to hip-hop and soul.

United States - New Jersey - Dark Matter is brewed with locally grown and malted Rabbit Hill Pilsner, Munich, and CaraRye malts and Double Eagle's Black Magic malt. Decoction mashed, and appropriately lagered, our Dark Lager invites you to wander back to the dark side of lagers

Tennessee- Munich Dunkel Lager- 5.5% ABV. 25-30 IBUs. Rich, deep and complex, our Munich Dunkel is many things, but heavy isn't one of them. This classic German dark lager is to be savored slowly to enjoy the flavors of biscuits, cocoa and caramel.

Lithuania- Euro Dark Lager- Pours an amber color. Sweet caramel and biscuit aromas with grassy hop notes. Toasted malt flavors with dark fruit character for added character, with background notes of hops. Nice.

Texas- Schwarzbier- GABF Gold Medal 2012. Bohemian Black Lager is a rare and delicious style of beer, referred to in Germany as "Swarzbier". It remains true to this old-world style by using imported Czech Saaz and Styrains Hops and select roasted malts to make it a dark beer.

United States - Arizona - This Mexican style lager features local AZ flaked corn and 100% pilsner malt as the base. This refreshing beverage is crisp and gorgeous, with aroma and flavor of fresh lime, citrus zest, and a subtle crackery finish.

Pennsylvania- Munich Dunkel Lager- GABF Bronze Medal 2011. A very drinkable, smooth, mellow Munich style dark lager. Malty bread-like flavors with a hint of burnt flavor from the roasted malts, but not bitter. World Beer Cup Gold Medal 2000 Voted the "best dark beer in the world".

United States - South Carolina - Driftwood Dark Lager is a Munich style Dunkel, brewed with traditional German techniques and served unfiltered and unfined. The aroma brings forth notes or dark crusty bread, cocoa powder, and sweet, toasted malts.

Connecticut - Euro Dark Lager - 5.4% ABV. Coolship Lager Black gains its signature color from the use of European roasted malts. This beer undergoes a double decoction mash process and uses fine European noble hops. After the boil this beer rests in a copper coolship.
