United States - Michigan - This Amber Biere de Garde was crafted with modern methods, using lager. Enjoy the rich flavors of French and Belgian sourced malts and hops, with a touch of stone-fruit from our lager yeast. Bright amber color with toasty & fruity notes.

Belgium- Biere de Garde- 7.0% ABV. Very malty, very high-maintenance but irresistible to the true beer connoisseur. Try it for the touch of caramel, stay for the complex character full of delicious paradoxes.

North Carolina - Saison/ Farmhouse Ale - 6.3% ABV. Our version reflects the historical realities of this style of farming, when brewers made do with what was on hand. With three types of barley, wheat, rye, and oats, its aroma smacks of apple, pear, almond, vanilla, and lemon rind

Switzerland- Biere de Garde- 11.0% ABV. Pours a reddish-amber color. A vinous aroma boasts apples, cherries, oak, vinegar & candied fruits with a hint of tartness. A sour yet inviting taste of grapes, cherries, apple, earthy funk, light spices & dry oaky flavors.

Illinois- Biere de Garde- 5.9% ABV. Gold Medal GABF 2016. Gold Medal 2014 World Beer Cup. Pours a beautiful deep amber with sweet caramel aromas and notes of apples and pears. Rich, malty flavor with light notes of fruity citrus wrapped in caramel. Finishes dry and smooth. Enjoy!

Georgia- Biere de Garde- 6.6% ABV. Our Old Guard Biere de Garde is a malt-focused farmhouse ale accented by wildflower honey from Savannah Bee Co. This is coppery brew's ripe fruit notes come from the house yeast strain cultivated from honeycomb from our own brewery apiary

United States - California - Biere de Garde. This style of beer generally offers bready malt flavors and aromas, with some malt sweetness and a moderate alcohol content. Darker iterations will feature more malt character.

Connecticut- Biere de Garde- 5.4% ABV. A clean, dry & toasty interpretation of the traditional farmhouse beers of northern France, featuring nutty malt notes, spicy yeast aromatics, and a soft, biscuity finish.

United States - Missouri - Cowboy’s Last Ride. Belgian Style Blonde Ale brewed is an easy sipper with fruity overtones and a lacy head. Light on the hops and in color but has a robust yeast characteristic. 5% ABV - 20 IBU
