Deep Ellum Ale

Texas- American Double/Imperial IPA- 9.5% ABV. A double IPA overloaded with citrusy, piney, floral and fruity hops. After all, hops are at least a third of the reason we got ourselves into this whole brewing adventure.

Texas- American Blonde Ale- Pours an orange color with a white head. Aroma is of biscuit malt and a hint of grass, with a subtle hint of orange citrus. On the tongue, toffee, earthy character and biscuit malt notes are apparent with every sip.
