Deerhammer Whiskey

Colorado- American Single Malt Whiskey was selected and transferred to ex-port wine casks for an additional year of maturation time. The results are characterized through nuanced flavors of dark fruit, caramel, and tannins, which enhance the complexity of the mainstay whiskey.

Colorado- Features a 4 grain recipe of corn, wheat, oats, and barley. Aged for 2.5 years in oak barrels. Flavors of citrus, spice, cocoa, and coffee bean. Ends with a complex finish

Colorado- This single malt is shaped by open air fermentation and double distillation through direct fire copper pot stills. Then, stored in charred virgin white oak casks, it slumbers at the base of Colorado's tallest mountains. Notes of sweet coffee, cacao, caramel and spices.
