Derrumbes Mezcal

Mexico - 46% - This mezcal has a fruity and zingy flavor, hints of tropical fruit, citrus and tamarind. It was created by Mezcalero Uriel Simental using traditional methods in the state of Durango in Mexico.

Mexico- An incredible example of a very particular style of mezcal crafted in the high altitude Central Mexican Plateau, in the state of San Luis Potosi. Produced in an old traditional above ground oven, which means the mezcal is not smoky.

Mexico- A bold liquid that leaves a viscous trail around the rim of the glass. Aromas of fresh jasmine, citrus, pine, and acacia honey. On the palate there are fresh flavors of citrus and pine combined with rich sweetness from the agave. Traditional spiciness and subtle smokiness.

Mexico- Derrumbes use a mix of two varieties of agave for their Michoacan Mezcal - Cupreata and Cenizo. This blend brings together two classic styles of Mezcal, one bright and fruity, one complex and herbal. This translates onto the flavor profile, which is very well balanced.

Mexico- Derrumbes Zacatecas is made with agave Tequilana Weber, which is also commonly known as blue or azul agave. This mezcal is pit roasted, tahona milled, and traditionally fermented and distilled.

Mexico- A stunning ensemble with a blend of 3 agave varietals: Univittata, Funkiana and Americana. Americana is the only one found outside of the state. The result is a high-energy spirit that feels sweet, dry and rich.
