Illinois- Wheat Ale- 6% ABV, 8 IBUs. Synchopathic Apricot "synchs" our refreshingly tart sour ale with the citurs dry-hopping of a pale ale. Biscuity malt and an uplifting stone fruit beat from added apricots form a perfect harmony in this deliciously balanced and good beer!

Illinois- Berliner Weissbier- 4.2% ABV. Berliner Weisse with raspberries added. A refreshing, fuchsia-colored beer with an aroma of raspberry-lemon with hints of brie with subtle lemon and yogurt-like flavors supported by tart, fresh raspberries and underlying lactic sourness.
