Diamond Knot Ipa

Washington- American Double / Imperial IPA- 7.9% ABV. This is the big brother to Diamond Knot's regular IPA. The dark copper color foretells a distinct sweet malt backbone to an intensely hoppy character. Floral and citrus flavors along with earthy hop notes create complexity.

Washington - American IPA - 6.2% ABV. Hop forward with intense fruity aroma and clean caramel undertones from the malt backbone. Drinks smoothly without overwhelming bitterness.

Washington - Hazy/ New England Style IPA - 6.8% ABV. An explosion of mango and citrus fruit aromas greet the nose which stays true throughout the flavor profile. With very low bitterness, this beer tastes tropical and juicy.
