Diamond Reserve Rum

Guyana - 75.5% - Distilled from 100% molasses on a combination of DDL’s heritage stills: EHP, French Savalle, and Port Mourant. Aged for 1–2 years in ex-bourbon casks. Aromas of dried fruits, leather, a hint of butterscotch introduce a palate of dark baking spice, cocoa, and vanilla.

Guyana - 35% - Botanicals include clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, and orange peel. The spices are macerated post distillation and then strained. Lightly aged before bottling (a portion of the blend is aged up to three years).

Guyana- With aromas of dried fruits and slight caramel notes, our golden rum is a treat for the senses. Finished with toasted coconuts with hints of vanilla and a lingering after taste of spices from the Demerara region.
