Doc Swinson's Bourbon

Kentucky- We uncovered a 15 year old bourbon distilled and matured in the heart of Kentucky. Lush aromas of cooked apples, baking spice and rich vanilla lead to a big punch of caramel, oak and rye spice. This whiskey finishes long and complex.

United States - 57.00% - Indiana- El Cuerpo is Doc Swinson's Alter Ego Triple Cask Bourbon finished in 20 year old Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Enjoy notes of dried figs, plum jam, black tea, honey, roasted almonds & and dark chocolatey finish.

USA - This Moscatel finished Bourbon starts as a blend of two five-year bourbon whiskeys. Knitting together flavors of sweet caramel and stone fruits from the bourbon with notes of wildflower honey, apricots and seasoned oak from the Moscatel Casks creating a flavor like no other.

Washington- A silky, smooth sipping whiskey with a rich rye backbone, befitting of the Pioneer spirit for which its named. This flagship straight bourbon is finished in unique, hand-selected oak casks. Enjoy neat or in a classic whiskey cocktail.

Washington- Finished using Oloroso Sherry, Pedro Ximenez Sherry, and Cognac casks from a number of curated producers. Mashbill: Blend of 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley & 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley.

United States - 54.4% - Exploring new oak species has been a major focus for our master blender, Jesse Parker. Quercus Garryana, or more commonly known as Oregon oak, is found growing on the Pacific coast from northern California to southern British Columbia.

Washington- Exuding a rich amber color in the glass with aromas of wild red berries, drizzled caramel, and rich nuttiness, this world of flavors jumps around on your tongue. One of three limited-release fortified wine finishes produced for Summer 2022.

United States - This release spent 12 years in American Oak, followed by 4 years in two very distinct Madeira casks - one sweet and one dry. Full-bodied with bright upfront notes of citrus that lead into richer stone fruits with a silky texture. Only 273 bottles produced.

United States - Washington - 45% - Sometimes you just want to enjoy a great bourbon with some friends and let the night go on. This blend was made for the session, bringing notes of vanilla, cracker jacks, cherries and brown butter.
