Double Cask Whiskey

Texas- Bold and distinctive straight bourbon finished in Napa Valley Wine Casks with balanced layers of smoke, spicy rye & creamy fruit. Mash bill of 80% Texas Corn and 20% Oklahoma Rye for outstanding smoothness and complexity of flavor. Double Gold at 2021 SF World Spirits Comp.

Wyoming- A whiskey gets its color and character from the cask in which it ages and matures. This Double Cask Whiskey goes through the process twice. The first 5 years of maturation in a new charred oak barrel make it a bourbon, the second time in decades-old Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

India- Full-bodied aroma of tropical fruits, smooth malty tones, and oaky notes combining to produce an array of flavors. Matured in American bourbon barrels and European sherry casks.

Kentucky- This double cask whiskey is aged for 6 months in American oak barrels and is then finished in used French port barrels. This gives the whiskey a unique smoothness and complexity coupled with a rich rye spiciness.

New York - High-rye straight bourbon (mash bill 60% corn 33% rye 7% malt) with delicate sweetness due to extra-maturation in local brandy casks (French oak aged merlot and chardonnay). Eminently sippable, with a distinct complex finish. Non-chill-filtered and no additives.

New York- Bold aroma of caramel and vanilla, with hints of prunes, apricots and rye. Notes of caramel and rye dominate the palate, and are complemented by touches of cinnamon, cloves, mint, and butterscotch. Long, warming finish that is slightly sweet.

Wyoming- Just Ledoux It is a Kentucky Whiskey that is aged no less than five years with notes of dried apricot and walnut, a mellow wood-like finish and enhanced from our premium wine barrels.

United States - 49.75% - Full bodied and aged for 5 years in Med-Toast American White Oak and then in sun soaked French Tawny Port Casks. Hints of stone fruit, nutmeg and spiced rye. smooth and complex

United States - 48% - Double Cask Reserve features American Single Malt Whisky that was individually aged for a minimum of five years in first fill bourbon casks and STR European red wine casks before being vatted together for a gradual, gentle marriage.

Scotland - Rich, smooth and refreshing, a signature Speyside malt whisky. Nose: Apples, toffee and honey with sweet marzipan and subtle hints of tangy marmalade. Taste: Pear, creamy peach, roasted pineapple and a hint of Demerara sugar.

Scotland- This rare Exceptional Cask is a blend of two 16 year old casks initially aged in refill sherry butts that was then matured in Oloroso Sherry Butts for eight years. Offers fresh fruit notes balanced by the warming honeyed currant and ground coffee notes from the sherry cask.
