Belgium- Gueuze- 6% ABV. SOUR ALE. Pours a golden marmalade hue. On the nose, a true-to-style barnyard/horseblanket funk melds with lemongrass, sour apple, cherries, hay, and yeasty breadiness. Lightly tart and sour on the palate, presenting a well-balanced blend of new and old Lambic.

Belgium- Fruit Lambic- 6.0% ABV. Schaarbeekse Kriek is a blend of 1 and 2 Year old Lambic aged in wooden barrels for 14 months with hand picked schaarbeekse sour cherries and then bottle conditioned for 1.5 Years.

Belgium- Fruit Lambic - 7.1% ABV. PX Intens Rood is a very special Sour Cherry Lambic that contains a blend of young lambic and lambic aged in Pedro Ximenez Sherry Barrels. Resulting blend is veinous red with a complex flavor profile.

Belgium- Fruit Lambic - 6.5% ABV. Oude Kriek Intens Rood is a traditional lambic made by blending young and old lambic with macerated sour cherries. It has an exceptionally high fruit intensity which creates a dark burgundy color and intense dark fruit flavor.

Belgium- Fruit Lambic- 6.4% ABV. 3 Fonteinen Framboos is made with hand-picked organic raspberries that slowly macerated in young lambik, and then developed further in the bottle to become fruit lambik beer. 'Oogst 2019' (Harvest 2019)

Belgium- Fruit Lambic - 6.0% ABV. Hommage is a bottle conditioned blend of lambic fermented with organic raspberries and sour cherries. This lambic has a carmine red and violet shade due to the fruit blend, and a wonderfully tart, fruity flavor with subtle oak notes.

Belgium- Fruit Lambic- 6.8% ABV. Frambozenlambik is young lambic aged on macerated handpicked Ferme Framboos raspberries for 4 months. After packaging, it is bottle conditioned for 1.5 Years. Very fruit with an intense bouquet of raspberries

Belgium- Fruit Lambic- 6.6% ABV. This is not “any” Oude Kriek, this is Zéér Oude Kriekenlambik. We used 36% three-year old lambik and 58% two-year old lambik. The lambikken come from 12 different barrels and 11 different brews, using 340 grams of sour cherries per litre.

Belgium- Fruit Lambic- 5.5% ABV. Braambes is a blend of lambic heavily fruited with hand picked organic Belgian Blackberries which are macerated in the barrel. End result is a tart, vibrant, lightly carbonated lambic with strong berry notes.

Belgium- Gueuze Lambic- 6.0% ABV. Golden Doesjel is a blend of 1, 2, 3, and 4 Year Old Lambic intended to be Golden Blend, but did not undergo bottle refermentation. This is a light gentle sipper

Belgium- Fruit Lambic- 5.5% ABV. For this Braam, we sourced hand-picked blackberries and macerated these for three months in a 50/50 cut with lambikken from five different barrels and brews. Before bottling, we added lambikken from another barrel and two different brews.

Belgium - Gueuze Lambic - 5.5% ABV. "Armand & Gaston is a blend of one, two, and three year old traditional lambics. This cuvee is 100% natural, authentic, spontaneously fermented, and crafted with steadfast adherence to tradition."

Belgium- Fruit Lambic - 6.2% ABV. Framboos Vat is special variation of Framboos. A young lambic fermented with large quantities of raspberries, and then blended back with young lambic. Intense reddish violet color, and ripe fruit on the nose.

Belgium- Fruit Lambic- 6.8% ABV. For this Frambozenlambik, we macerated raspberries for four months on jonge lambik. Lighter in colour due to the applied maceration technique, the raspberry aroma and taste present themselves while opening up. *Rested for almost 18 months.

Belgium- Gueuze Lambic- 5.2% ABV. 3 Fronteinen Cuvee Armand and Gaston is a blend of one, two and three-year-old traditional lambics, all brewed at Brouwerij 3 Fronteinen. Spontaneous fermentation, patient oak maturation, and bottle evolution result in a distinctively complex beer.

Belgium- Fruit Lambic- 7.0% ABV. Saint Lamvinus is a blend of lambics aged 16-18 months on Merlot Grapes from Côtes de Bourg in Bordeaux barrels. The end result is a tannin laced Lambic with intense fruit characteristics.

Belgium- Gueuze- SOUR ALE. A unique brew made allowing traditionally-produced Lambic to undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle; same process that makes Champagne. Cantillon's version is gold to amber colored with pronounced citrus aromas. Expect a very sour lemon flavor.
