WA, USA- Distilled in Washington and aged in American Oak for 18 months. Sweet smooth opening leading to full mash notes with a drying finish of oak and pepper. A long finish with cinnamon, and spice notes. Hand bottled by volunteers who are given free expression to sign each bottle.

United States - 45% - We release our used Whiskey barrels to be conditioned by Northwest made craft beer. Lumberbeard brewing used these barrels for Black Daylight, a massive 14/2% Imperial Stout. Huge vanilla bean & brownie batter notes.

Washington- This specially selected small gallon barrel of Triticale whiskey was hand-chosen by the local Total Wine Team for its outstanding character. Triticale is a hybrid of wheat and rye grains developed in Scotland. This whiskey was aged in port barrels for rich character.

Washington- Their second Cask & Release program is with Kettlehouse Cold Smoke Barrels. Once they caught these barrels, they put 3 year old Wheat Whiskey back into them for a year. The result is full bodied with a sweet, slightly smoky edge, flavors of oak spice, caramel & chocolate.
