Ecliptic Ale

United States - Oregon - Secchi (sek-ee),brewed with our friends at Sierra Nevada, is a Hoppy Wheat Ale named after a mountain range on the Moon. With pronounced hop character, this fruit-forward beer finishes crisp with a citrusy burst of orange and lemon peel aromas.

Oregon- Fruit Lambic- 5.0% ABV. Carina Peach Sour Ale is loaded with fresh peach flavor and is perfect for any time of year. The use of pale malt makes for a crisp character, while lactobacillus gives Carina a tart and refreshing finish.

United States - Oregon - Originally Hailing From Düsseldorf, Altbier Means "Old" Beer, Or "Brewed In The Old Way" In German. Ecliptic's Take On The Style Is A Well Balanced, Copper-hued Ale With Spicy Noble Hop Flavor.

Oregon- American Pale Ale. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas with less hop bitterness than an American IPA. Use of different hops offer different flavors and aromas.

United States - Oregon - This Collaboration Series is named after the Triangulum Constellation that can be viewed in northern sky, formed by the three bright stars of Beta, Gamma & Alpha. Beers in this series will feature Ecliptic and two other breweries forming the Triangulum.

United States - Oregon - Like its cataclysmic namesake, Hypernova Triple IPA explodes with juicy tropical fruit flavor. Featuring HBC 586 Cryo Hop, Chinook, and Citra and fermented with Juice yeast. Bursting with notes of guava, passion fruit, and citrus in stellar proportions.

Oregon- American Double/Imperial Stout. This style of beer generally offers a very malt-forward dark body and high alcohol content. These are very dark in appearance and bold in flavors. Occasionally Barrel Aged. Please see package for more information.
