Eel River Ale

California- American Blonde Ale- 5.8% ABV. 13 IBUs. Gold Medal GABF 2017. Organic. With an exceptionally crisp palate, this ale balances the light malt with a subtle bitterness. This ale is an ideal beer for those unaccustomed to micro-brewed beers.

California- American Amber / Red Ale- Unique in flavor and purity, this medium bodied beer has a hoppy bouquet and a distinctive rich taste with a caramel-like sweetness that is balanced with a liberal dose of certified organic Pacific Gems and Hallertau hops, imported from New Zealand.

California- English India Pale Ale- 7% ABV. A bright copper color and a crisp, yet smooth hop bitterness. Pale and crystal malts come through with a malty caramel sweetness, balanced with aggressively clean burst of fresh hop flavor in the middle palate and a big hoppy finish.

California- American Double / Imperial IPA- 8.2% ABV. Brewed with all organic ingredients in honor of Earth Day, this brew includes 3 pounds of hops per barrel using Cascade and Centennial varietals imparting a floral aroma and citrusy flavor.
