El Dorado Rum

Guyana - 40% - Guyana- Dark brown rum distilled from sweet molasses. Aged 12 years in used whisky and bourbon barrels for richness and full mouth-feel. Made at the sole rum distillery in Guyana.

Guyana- Citrus and vanilla nose enhanced by notes of chocolate and raisins. Smooth rounded palate with coconut - fruity with a dry rounded finish. Balanced yet full flavoured. Filtered through natural charcoal for great clarity and purity.

A special blend of selected rums oak aged for at least 21 years. Lush tropical fruit and spice nose with hints of honey and dark sugar. round, mellow, full bodied palate with rich flavors of fruit and spice.

Guyana- Lovely bouquet that is delightfully fruity and nutty at the outset and then turns vanilla-like and winter holiday spicy...Engagingly and moderately sweet; midpalate offers long, honeyed flavors without a hint of acidic edge or spirit-induced heat. Ends up plump, properly sweet.

Guyana- Light to medium-bodied with hints of tobacco mixed with caramel toffee and faint aromas of dried stone fruits and flambee banana. It has a soft and semi-sweet mouth-feel with traces of oak and butterscotch, making it distinctly smooth.
