Texas- German Pilsner- 4.9% ABV. A classic German Pils made to adhere to the German Reinheitsgebot beer purity laws. This beer uses only imported German pilsen malt, German noble hops, and German lager yeast. It’s naturally fermented, complex, and impressively crispy.

Texas- Japanese Rice Lager- 4.6% ABV. Kaizen is a Japanese-style rice lager brewed with Saphir and Ella hops. Fermented with a house lager yeast, this brew gives a citrusy aroma and flavor. Extra crisp with a dry finish lending a touch of rice sweetness.
