Erie Ale

Pennsylvania- American Wild Ale- 4.0% ABV. A cloudy and unfiltered tart take on our cherry ale, this kettle sour poses the perplexity of complexity: sweet but tart, sharp yet smooth, light but tangy. Cherry Bomb gets its name from the liquid as it hits your palate.

Pennsylvania- Scottish Ale- 6.8% ABV. Pours a golden-brown, copper color. Aromas of roasted malts with a touch of hops. Biscuity, grainy, caramel malt flavors grace the palate, with enough balancing hops bitterness to keep it in check. A nice ale influenced by the Scottish style.

Pennsylvania- Scotch Ale / Wee Heavy- 10.1% ABV. Pours a deep mahogany color. Sweet aromas of toffee, caramel, and some roastiness. Flavors are malty-sweet, showing notes of caramel with some dark fruits and a bitter background. The alcohol is well hidden. Finishes dry. Medium-bodied.
