Ethereal Meads Wine

Washington- Mead- 12% ABV. Mist is a delightful golden mead that combines two of nature's autumn gifts - blackberry flower honey and the juice of Washington apples, together with select spices. Honey, apples and spices harmoniously combine for a sensuous semi-sweet mead.

Washington- Mead- 12% ABV. Rose Moon is a delightful mead from regional honey, blackberries and raspberries. Wonderful berry and honey notes with a dry finish. Great by itself or with your favorite foods!

Washington- Mead- 13.5% ABV. Ruby Sunset is an award-winning combination of blackberry flower honey, strawberries and dried and fresh cranberries. A bright strawberry nose leads to complex palate, with clear notes of honey and strawberries initially.

Washington- Specialty Beer- 12.5% ABV. Sylvan Twilight is a rich, fruit forward mead from meadowfoam honey and marionberries. Intense berry notes blend harmoniously with rich caramel flavor that comes from this unique honey.

WA - Twilight Reserve is made from local berry flower honey & local marionberries, then aged with light toast French oak. Fruit-forward initially, with beautiful balance from the oak aging. It is excellent by itself, as a primary ingredient in cocktails or with cheese or dessert.

Washington - Viking Reserve is our latest release. Intense cherry notes from dark sweet and red sour cherries combine with luscious honey from white clover and meadowfoam blossoms. Aged with light toast French oak, it is a delight to the senses!

Washington - Elder Lavrans starts with local honey fermented with local strawberries. It is barrel aged (light toast oak) and infused with elderflower. It is wonderfully balanced and pairs well with cheese and lighter fare such as fish or chicken. It shines as a stand-alone sipper.
