New Mexico- American IPA- 6.9% ABV. Our New Mexico flagship IPA. A clean West Coast IPA brewed with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Centennial hops with notes of citrus and stone fruit. We hope you enjoy!

Oregon- English Pale Ale- 5.6% ABV. Classic American Pale Ale brewed for our friends from Hollywood Theatre with 2- row and caramel malts, Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook hops. Notes of tangerine, pine, and toasty malts.

United States - New Mexico - This blast from the past is a tropical Hazy IPA with hop forward flavors of Grapefruit, Mango, Coconut with a fruit addition of Guava. Just try not to imagine yourself on a beer. Cocktail umbrella sold separately.

United States - Oregon - Mass Ascension is our flagship IPA. Enjoy the approachable hop characters Simcoe, Mosaic, and Centennial hops. Notes of citrus, pine, and stone fruit....but more of it!

Oregon- Scottish Ale. This style of beer generally offers a malt-forward body which can feature a slight smokey flavor and minimal hop character. This style tends to have a low alcohol content.

Oregon- American IPA- 6.6% ABV. A tribute to our wonderful neighborhood, this IPA is full of tropical fruit flavors and aroma, and dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe. True balance with a smooth finish: A NW IPA all the way!

United States - New Mexico - We started with an English-style porter, then added a chai spice blend. The aroma pops with warm spice and chocolatey malt, and the flavor follows with notes of cocoa and chai in a smooth, full-bodied pour.

United States - New Mexico - Introducing Ex Novo's new core hazy IPA! This creamy bodied beauty is full of tropical and citrus hop flavors. Sunset Syndrome has amazing pop of aroma and juicy flavor with low bitterness.

New Mexico- American Stout- 7.8% ABV. A classy robust American Stout. Can it fly? Maybe. Is it roasty, bold, warming and delicious? We think so. *This stout does not contain adjuncts* Classic well balanced high octane winter drinking black ale with notes of chocolate and coffee.

United States - New Mexico - A crisp and classic pale ale with modern twist. Clean biscuit-y malt sets the foundation for Cascade and Chinook hops to display notes of Grapefruit and Pine. Luminosa hops are added to the whirlpool and dry hop to give the beer a fruity twist.
