Illinois- American India Pale Ale - 7% ABV. Paying homage to our backyard, our Illinois-only IPA brings it home with a hop-forward but balanced flavor. Not one to shy away from the bitterness, we round it out with a solid malt profile.

California- American Amber / Red Ale- 5.4% ABV. A balanced brew, malt and hops are beautifully married in this full-bodied, copper-red ale. Red Seal is generously hopped for a long, spicy finish. It is an excellent accompaniment to grilled meats and rich sauces.

Washington- Altbier- 5.1% ABV. An excellent, well balanced example of a classic American Style Amber Ale. Washington grown hops balance a malty, caramel flavor with a pleasant hop finish.

Belgium- Belgian Strong Dark Ale- 7.5% ABV. TRAPPIST ALE. Brewed in limited production, this is nearly impossible to find outside of Rochefort. It is very dark amber in color with a honeyed spicy aroma and an excellent mouth feel.

California- American India Pale Ale (IPA)- 7% ABV. Pours a cloudy golden color. Nelson Sauvin, an outstanding hop from New Zealand, is generously used throughout the brewing and dry-hopping of this unique beer. European rye is added for a smooth, malty addition to flavor. Excellent!

Belgium- Belgian Strong Dark Ale- 10% ABV. This ale pours a dark amber-brown with a strong, fruity and lightly hoppy aroma with complex flavors that evolve in the glass, very much like an excellent wine. It's spiced with thyme and curacao and bottle re-fermented.

United States - California - A smooth, easy-drinking blonde ale with a crisp, refreshing finish. Subtle notes of caramel biscuit and honey-like sweetness complement a light malt backbone, while a mild hop profile keeps it balanced. A most excellent choice for any occasion!

United States - New Mexico - Crafted from 2 Row base malt along with specialty malts sourced from England, Canada, and Germany combines eight barley types to create a clean, heady, malty amber. This beer has an excellent caramel malty finish. A complex, refreshing session beer.

United States - North Carolina - The Hazy IPA is an excellent example of a New England-style IPA. It's light and refreshing, with a juicy, citrusy hop flavor and aroma that's perfect for anytime sipping.
