Excel Lager

Illinois- Munich Helles Lager- 5.0% ABV. A classic, easy drinking German beer named after Excel's founding father, Edward "Lefty" Meier. After catching a bankrobber, he used the reward money on a used bottling machine and the rest is history.

Illinois - Light Lager - 3.9% ABV. A pale, highly-attenuated, light-bodied German lager with lower alcohol and calories than normal strength beers. Low to medium grainy-sweet malt flavor initially. Low to medium hop flavor, with a spicy, herbal quality.

Illinois- Marzen/Oktoberfest- 5.0% ABV. Our take on the Amber Lager celebrates the darker months of the year. Malty, but balanced, this is perfect for a cozy night in, or spent scaring the neighbors’ kids.

Illinois- Shandy/Radler- 4.0% ABV. To celebrate our favorite winter citrus, we blend Rummy (an Excel original soda since 1936) with our Lefty’s Lager. A refreshing take on the winter seasonal. Excel Brewing Co.

Czech Republic- Czech Pilsner- 5.2% ABV. "Bakalar" Dry Hopped lager - excellent Czech premium lager brewed to a traditional recipe from the Moravian barley malt and hops. Beer is characterized by full taste with hop bitterness, copper color with a rich foam, and rich aroma.

United States - Colorado - Premium Lager pours a pale, straw colored gold. Clarity is excellent. A tight and evenly bubbly white head sticks around for a bit before dissipating into a thin ring.The aroma is mild. It consists mostly of lemon, but does have a hint of white rice.
