Excel Lager

Illinois- Munich Helles Lager- 5.0% ABV. A classic, easy drinking German beer named after Excel's founding father, Edward "Lefty" Meier. After catching a bankrobber, he used the reward money on a used bottling machine and the rest is history.

Illinois - Light Lager - 3.9% ABV. A pale, highly-attenuated, light-bodied German lager with lower alcohol and calories than normal strength beers. Low to medium grainy-sweet malt flavor initially. Low to medium hop flavor, with a spicy, herbal quality.

Illinois- Marzen/Oktoberfest- 5.0% ABV. Our take on the Amber Lager celebrates the darker months of the year. Malty, but balanced, this is perfect for a cozy night in, or spent scaring the neighbors’ kids.

Illinois- Marzen/Oktoberfest- Clear copper in color. Aromas of bready malts, caramel and mild hops. Toasty, bready flavors bring a richness and some sweet notes, finishng with a balancing hop bitterness.
