Massachusetts- Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy- 8.4% ABV. This malt-forward beer features big flavors of biscuit, toffee, and a hint of fruity esters. We add a touch of peat smoked malt from Valley Malt to add a touch of smokiness. Sweet finish and medium carbonation.

Massachusetts- Kolsch- 4.5% ABV. Our Kolsch style ale transports us back to experiencing the majesty, tradition and purity of Kolsch for the very first time. We went for a very traditional recreation with a little modern twist.

Massachusetts- American Porter- 5.2% ABV. Demo Tape Five has grown up and gotten it's own name! Refined the process a bit to get this beer right where the brewery wanted it. All the roasted malts for this beer come from Valley Malt in Hadley, MA.

Massachusetts- Hazy/New England Style IPA- 5.0% ABV. Just A Kitten is the spiritual little sister to The Cat's Meow. This 5% ABV New England IPA features Citra, Mosaic, and Vic Secret hops. Light orange on the nose with a peachy orange flavor and a light hint of malt shining through.
