United States - Minnesota - DDH Hazy IPA collab with Barrel Theory slammed with Strata, Simcoe Cryo, and Citra hops, with and extra-large dose of malted oats. This time, we fermented it on the cool side with our favorite new expressive German ale yeast, for a little fruity twist.

United States - Minnesota - Nectaron & Mosaic hops pop in this IPA made for the ride from Fair State to Hop Butcher! This collab is inspired by the historic Twin Cities 400 train that connected our cities, Minneapolis & Chicago. All aboard!

United States - Minnesota - In honor of the 20th day of the 4th month... an Uber Sticky, Extra-Extra Dank IPA. In addition to our “standard” hopping, we added a hyper-potent blend of plant-derived terpenes, bursting with citrus, pinecones, and, uh, other less-legal things.

Minnesota-Pale Ale-4.8% ABV. A pale ale hopped & dry-hopped with Citra creating a, like, tropical fruit explosion, man. Mango, pineapple, lemon lime. Citra self down and enjoy a few pours of this crushable hoppiness.

United States - Minnesota - A beer for brewers & non-brewers alike, a dip hopped a pale ale with our pals at Bent Paddle & called it delicious. Hopped with Chinook, Strata, & Idaho 7, malty richness & crisp cool fermentation—this brew was dip hopped but definitely not double dipped

California-India Pale Ale (IPA) - 6.3% ABV, 40 IBU. Hazy IPA collaboration with Modern Times Beer from San Diego, CA. Super juicy, tropical, and dank. A silly, hazy & fun IPA!

Wisconsin- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 4.3% ABV. A collaboration with Fonta Flora. We took locally-grown corn & raw wheat, combined them in an ultra-hype anachronistic mashing process. The choicest hops, our favorite Saison yeast, dry-hopped it & then naturally conditioned it

United States - Minnesota - Dad Hat Amber Ale, a collaboration with Lua Brewing. Malty but not cloying, bready but not too toasty, smooth & yet crisp, with just enough hop character to keep it interesting, all the right flavor descriptors in just the right places.

Minnesota- Hazy/New England-Style IPA- 6.4% ABV. Hazy IPA brewed with spelt, wheat and oats, fermented cool with German ale yeast, and hopped intensely with hand selected Sultana, Strata, and Columbus Cryo. SKAFL blends overripe tropical fruit notes with the right amount of dankness.

United States - Minnesota - Fonio Krush is a snappy, tropical cold IPA brewed with Krush hops and Fonio, an ancient African grain. This beer is bright, bold, and packed with stone fruit and berry notes.

United States - Minnesota - Eternal Shrug is a Black IPA hopped with Oregon Chinook, Columbus Cryo, & Amarillo Hops. Brutal levels of pine, resin, citrus pith, and dankness surf atop punishing waves of black malt character. It’s Very Metal, we swear.

Minnesota- Vienna Lager- 5.3% ABV. A medium bodied lager in the tradition of the city of Vienna. Malty and toasty flavor from Munich and Vienna malts, and a spicy, grassy hop aroma from Hallertau Mittelfruh hops.

United States - Minnesota - This hazy IPA was made as a collab with Arbeiter Brewing. A burst of bright mandarin and zesty lime aroma is courtesy of a mountain of Citra, a splash of Idaho 7, and a pinch of Sabro, buoyed by malted oats and choice Minnesota pilsner malt.
