Faubourg Ale

Louisiana- American Blonde Ale - 7.0% ABV. This style of beer generally offers a very approachable combination of flavors and aromas with no over-the-top characteristics. Sometimes referred to as a Golden Ale, these can occasionally have honey, spices, or fruit added.

Louisiana- American Pale Wheat Ale- 5.2% ABV. GOLDEN CYPRESS is a refreshingly crisp Belgian-style wheat ale that is both bright and full flavored. Crafted from lightly kilned pilsner malt combined w/ soft white wheat and a touch of malted oats, Golden Cypress is balanced and smooth.

United States - Louisiana - Our sour wheat ale inspired by festival-style strawberry lemonade. Brewed with fresh Louisiana strawberries and Meyer Lemons, this refreshing gose has the perfect balance of pleasant tartness and subtle sweetness.

Louisiana- American IPA- 7.2% ABV. A Light citrus burst of Fresh Louisiana satsumas, balanced with a heavy dose of hops. Here in Louisiana, we don't call them oranges, they're satsumas! We brewed over 100lbs of this juicy little fruit into an IPA we lovingly refer to as DAT'SUMA
