Feisty Spirits Whiskey

Colorado- Sweet, maple in tea aroma. Light maple flavor up front while the cinnamon comes through on the back and lingers. The mouth is rich but not syrupy. Lightly sweet and very easy to drink with only hints of the mellow whiskey in the background.

Colorado- Deep caramel, light notes of spicy rye, and a touch of smoke from the barrel. Aroma gives off pleasant hints of pear, apple, and fig. Flavor has subtle dark fruits and brown sugar, with spicy rye combined with pleasant oak tannin. Smooth with a long linger of light caramel.

Colorado- Red White and Blue Bourbon has a layered complexity from red corn, white corn, blue corn, and rye. Four grain bourbon with spelt. Each bottle sold includes a donation to rebuilding America's warriors.

Colorado- Starts with buttery, almond cream notes, with deep brown sugar, slightly sweet caramel notes. Flavor has a light sweetness from the blue corn which leaves a nice smooth mouth feel that balances the sweet caramel and moderately aggressive oak. Finishes with a moderate spice.
