United States - 50% - FEW grain-to-glass bourbon with a mashbill of 70% corn, 20% rye, 10% malted barley and aged for a minimum of 4 years at 50% abv and follow the guidelines of US Bottled in Bond act of 1897. Cherry, smoked vanilla, oak and caramel notes.

Illinois- Puts to rest the myth that good bourbon only comes from KY. Fermented with a special, peppery yeast normally used for saison beer. Cinnamon and clove on the nose is backed up by corn sweetness and oak. Perfect for sipping neat, or enjoy a new twist on an Old Fashioned.

Illinois- This unique blend embodies the tradition of innovation at FEW. They started with a strong backbone of award winning Bourbon and Rye Whiskey. They then incorporated unexpected notes from a rich, yet balanced Malt Whiskey that has been imbued with Cherrywood smoke.

Kentucky- Toasted 101: A small batch Kentucky Bourbon aged a few long summers, re-barreled in new traditional medium toasted barrels for a minimum of 21 days. The result is a balanced toasted bourbon with just the right about of vanilla, candy, and sweet oak flavor, bottled at 101 proof

Florida - 57% - The Saint bourbon redefines small batch production. Uncut and unfiltered, bottled at barrel strength. Full bodied. Long finish with toasted vanilla, cocoa, and maple. Very limited, produced in exclusive five barrel batches only a few times per year.

United States - 54% - A high rye bourbon that is at least 6 years old with custom toasted French Oak Staves for the last few months of aging to impart natural wood flavors of soft, sweet warm notes that play off of the underlying spice of the base bourbon.

United States - Tennessee - 50% - Made w/ heirloom Jimmy Red Corn sourced from a century farm only a few miles from their distillery, Borchetta Bourbon Red Corn Reserve showcases the distinctive, unique character that comes from heirloom grains, making this a truly original TN Bourbon

Kentucky- We blended a 5.5 year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon with a 12 year old High-Rye Kentucky Straight Bourbon and let nature take its course. The result after only a few weeks was astounding. To pay homage to Kelvin Cooperage, we chose the batch name "Outer Loop"

Arizona- Our Peralta Bourbon is a twist on the traditional bourbon with a few specialty grains to create chocolate & spice notes. A gentle rest in new, charred American oak barrels adds flavors of caramel and vanilla and melds the whole endeavor together.

Virginia- A bi-partisan blend of young for a spicy edge and old for mellow smoothness. They get to know each other in French Oak wine barrels for a few months and when they come out we have a whiskey so good you won't stop talking about it!
