Mexico- Made from 100% agave and double distilled. Earthy and slightly fruity on the palate, with mineral, smoke, and dried herbs, with a consistent fruit and agave undertone.

Mexico- 100% Agave Espadin. Cultivated on Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca. Harvested after 12 years. Pit roasted over black oak. Roasted for 5 days. Double distilled. Undiluted. Delicate wood smoke and green pepper scents highlight the bouquet.
