Figueroa Mountain Lager

California- Vienna Lager- Gold Medal 2014 GABF. Inspired by the red lagers of Denmark this beer pours a brilliant amber color. Scents of malt, light Carmel, toffee, and grain. There is a mild hop bitterness on the palate with each sip.

California- Schwarzbier- 4.9% ABV. We paired up with great brewing friends at Beachwood, Eppig, and Alvarado Street to brew an exciting new Italian-style pilsner. Eraclea Pilsner Malt and Acidulated Malt. Czech Saaz and French Aramis Hops
