North Carolina- American IPA- 7.5% ABV. A coniferous IPA hopped intensely with warrior and amarillo along with pine-forward chinook. Steeped on heaps of eastern white pine needles, foraged on a snowy afternoon on the land of our Appalachian farmhouse brewery.

United States - North Carolina - Brewed with water from our wells & 99% local ingredients. a purposeful blend of all local grains which include pilsner malt as a base along with heaps of malted wheat and a dash of marshmallow-forward heritage seashore black rye malt.

North Carolina - American Double/ Imperial IPA - 8.6% ABV. Flagship Double IPA mashed with local barley & flaked oats. Hopped intensely with a thoughtful blend of simcoe, citra, amarillo and ctz. Fermented completely for a decidedly dry finish.
