Mashed with two-row pilsner malt. Hopped with saaz and tettnang. Fermented with our lager yeast and dry-hopped with saaz. Conditioned cold for 6 additional weeks for a total production time of 8 weeks.
North Carolina- Marzen/Oktoberfest - 5.6% ABV. A traditional and toasty autumnal lager beer. This style of beer generally offers toasted bread or biscuit-like malt flavor and aroma. These are traditionally brewed in March and lagered over the summer.
