United States - North Carolina - Pilsner-Style Lager Beer Mashed with two-row pilsner malt. Hopped with saaz and tettnang. Fermented with our lager yeast and dry-hopped with saaz. Conditioned cold for 6 additional weeks for a total production time of 8 weeks.

North Carolina- American-Style Lager. This style of beer generally offers malt-driven flavors and aromas and possible light fruity esters with minimal hop flavor, bitterness, and aroma.

North Carolina- Marzen/Oktoberfest - 5.6% ABV. A traditional and toasty autumnal lager beer. This style of beer generally offers toasted bread or biscuit-like malt flavor and aroma. These are traditionally brewed in March and lagered over the summer.

United States - North Carolina - a west coast-style pilsner dry-hopped with citra, mosaic and talus Brewed with water from our wells along with 79% local ingredients. Enjoy!

North Carolina- Bock. This style of beer generally offers malt-forward flavor and aroma with balanced hop presence. Alcohol content tends to be moderately high and appearance tends to be amber or brown.
