Washington- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 6.2% ABV. Myriad yeasts and oak fermentation vessels: drying fruitiness lent by local Viognier grapes - fruity, funky, lightly tart. Notes of pineapple, stonefruit, and citrus burst along with funky and earthy brett notes, balanced by oaky vanillins.

United States - Washington - Cocoa powder and dark chocolate meld with a floral and sweet malt bouquet balanced by soft-roast, toasted marshmallow and mocha flavors with a warming oak and bourbon backdrop.
