United States - Texas - Our take on the Wee Heavy style is an imposing malt forward brew, resulting in a rich brown color and a toffee accented malt character. Notes of bread crusts, caramel, toffee, and a hint of peat like smoke complimented by bright esters.

England- English Pale Ale- 5% ABV. Crystal malt in Old Speckled Hen provides the key toffee/caramel flavour.Estery notes from yeast provides the fruity and refreshing balance. Herbal notes from hops add a touch of citrus for this malt forward full bodied ale.

United States - Oklahoma - The straightforward malt body and hop-forward bouquet of Columbus and Falconers Flight hop additions impart citrus, grapefruit and pine notes characteristic of the West Coast style. F5 is a belligerent hop reckoning.

United States - New York - A hoppy twist on the original Genesee Cream Ale with a slight haziness in appearance and aromas of pine & citrus. A forward hop taste that finishes smooth every time.

Louisiana-Pale Ale-5.2% ABV. Commotion, our hop forward American Pale Ale, has an aggressive fruity aroma with upfront hop bitterness of grapefruit and citrus. This complex but balanced dry-hopped pale ale is faintly sweet with a round and soft finish.

Minnesota- Cream Ale. This style of beer generally offers a malt-forward body with low levels of hop bitterness. Adjuncts such as corn and rice can aid in creating a lighter body, but are not always used in brewing this style.

North Carolina- English Brown Ale- 6.3% ABV. Brown Ale brewed with all natural raw, organic honey. Malt forward beer rounded out with subtle sweetness that satisfies all year round.

United States - Maryland - This totally Jawsome, malt-forward Amber ale is brewed with radical Maris Otter malt and wacky Willamette hops. Pairs great with anything, especially a slice of zah!

United States - Colorado - It starts strong with a malt-forward, with a subtly sweet brown sugar and caramel backbone that balances the Ale's strong 11.2% ABV. Lingering cinnamon, pepper, and clove notes, while adding rich nuance to the malts.

Florida- American India Pale Ale (IPA)- Pours a hazy amber color. Mild aromas of floral hops with hints of citrus. Hop-forward in flavor, with delicate floral and citrus notes leading to a bitter finish. Malts are in the distance.
