USA - This six year old cask strength bourbon recipe has 71% Corn, 21% Rye and 8% malted barley. The modest amount of low Rye plays well with the casks in the Appalachian climate providing a delicious subtle spice. Notes of graham cracker, dark chocolate, cherry and allspice.

Tennessee- Formulated by their founder, this is a blend of 3 whiskey recipes distilled in both Chattanooga, TN and Lawrenceburg, IN. The combination of traditional & innovative mash bills expresses a delicate balance between two styles of bourbon.

United States - Indiana - 50.700% - Aged 13 Yr, this year’s release is a bourbon shaped by time and patience in the barrel. It’s a bourbon that’s been given the space to develop real character. Sourced from Bardstown’s best, it’s made for those who know a good pour when they see one.

United States - Colorado - 45% - Tasting Notes: Sweet vanilla wafer, buttered cupcake, warm peach, apple peel on the nose. Toffee pudding, carmel corn, apple pie crust complemented by lemon rind and rhubarb tartness on the pallet. Subtle hints of light coffee lead to a long dry finish
