Barbados- Probitas is a blended white rum - the first time one has been produced entirely in the Caribbean, in collaboration between distillers. From Foursquare in Barbados and Hampden Estate in Jamaica. No color, no sugar, no filtration, no additives, and no multi-column spirit.

Barbados - 62% - A blend of rums distilled in the copper double retort pot still and the continuous twin column still of Foursquare and aged for 14 years in ex-bourbon and ex-muscat casks. Non chill filtered - some cloudiness may occur.

Barbados - Pot and Traditional Twin Column Coffey distilled. A blend of 14-year-old rums, distilled, matured and bottled entirely on island with no additives. Ex-Bourbon and Ex-Madeira Cask Aging.

Barbados - 61% - A Double-Maturation Single Blended Rum. Distilled, matured, blended and bottled entirely on island with no additives. Aged 14 Years - 5 years in Ex-Bourbon then 9 additional years in Ex-Black Muscat. Bottled at Cask Strength.

Barbados - 60% - Mark XXIV from Foursquare Rum Distillery – 8x International Rum Producer of the Year (ISC). A single blended rum, aged for 12-years in Ex-Bourbon casks. No color, sugar, additives, or filtration. Bottled at Cask Strength.

Barbados - 61% - A 14year, Double Maturation Single Blended Rum, consisting of both Artisanal Pot and Traditional Twin Column Coffey distilled molasses rums. Aged for 10 years in Ex-Bourbon Barrels, then 4 additional years in Ex-Calvados Casks.

Barbados - 58% - A blend of three distinct 16 year Single Blended Rums, distilled in the copper Double-Retort Pot Still and the Continuous Twin Column Coffey Still. Each were double matured in a blend of Ex-Oloroso Sherry and Ex-Bourbon Casks.

Barbados - "Shibboleth" is Mark XVI of the Exceptional Cask Selections from Foursquare Rum Distillery. The oldest release to date - it is Aged 16 years entirely in Ex-Bourbon Barrels, all maturation onsite in Barbados. Bottled at 56% ABV (122 Proof).

Barbados - 58.00% - An 18 year Aged Single Blend Rum, consisting of both Artisanal Pot and Traditional Twin Column Coffey distilled molasses rums. Enjoy notes of caramelized orange peel, apricot, fig, dark chocolate with a subtle savory finish.

Barbados-54%- Allocated-From the highly sought-after Foursquare distillery, this rum is distilled from pot and column-stills. Aromas of charred oak, toasted marshmallows, and coconut rise from the glass. A smooth texture with sweet flavors reminiscent of bananas foster and creme brulee.
