Scotland - Speyside - 43% - The 15 matures in exclusively in sherry seasoned casks. The quality of each case is routinely nosed and sampled by our Master Whisky Maker and only those of the highest quality are hand selected for this 15 YO.

Scotland- This 22 year old Speyside Scotch has aromas of salted caramel, apricots and menthol sweets. On the palate you can taste creme brulee then hints of of cinnamon and nutmeg. The finish is waxy and herbal with a little white pepper.

Scotland - 65.90% - Colour: Polish copper. Nose: Butter tablet, sugared almond and green cardamom. Palate: Treacle toffee, roast hazelnut and dried apricot. Finish: Sherried fruit and spiced complements the sweetness of the spirit.

Speyside, Scotland- Aged in bourbon hogshead cask, it exhibits a polished copper color. The nose is of orange peel, candy wax, and leather. The palate is barley sugar, pink grapefruit, and crystalized pineapple. Finishing with vanilla fudge and dark chocolate.

Speyside, Scotland- Single cask bottling from one of the most acclaimed Speyside distilleries. Aged in ex-bourbon hogshead casks. Cask No. 10589 presents truly classic exotic fruit - a silky, top quality Speyside. Despite the oaky intervention, the malt can still be fully enjoyed.

Scotland- Matured only in sherry seasoned oak casks, bottled at natural colour at the strength selected by the master whisky maker. Aromas of candied peel and fresh oak notes. Rich and spicy on the palate with hints of creamy vanilla and orange peel. Finish is long with a hint of nutmeg

Scotland- Due to the interaction between the whiskies and the wood, each of these two casks has produced distinctly different spirits, even though both exhibit the shared attributes of ripe fruit, citrus, creamy vanilla, and hints of exotic spice - all characteristics of Glenrothes.

Scotland- Aromas of stewed raisin, toffee, underlying orange peel. Palate sweet, creamy, vanilla, raspberry, cranberry, cinnamon, clove, milk cocoa, roasted hazelnut, and oak. Medium length finish, lingering dried fruit with pepper. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.

Scotland - 0% - Nose: Corn, malt, lemon zest, and an elusive banana‐like note. Palate: Intense citrus (lemon/orange zest), malt sweetness, vanilla. Finish: Vanilla, orange, malt linger at a medium length, with pleasant warmth.

Scotland- Aromas of vanilla, pear, honey, coconut, chocolate, and mint. Palate of tropical fruit, brown sugar, grapefruit, black pepper, and nuts. Smooth, medium finish of lingering oak and pineapple. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.
