Scotland– 46%- The world's first certified organic single malt whisky since 2006. UK Soil Association accredited from start to finish, Benromach Organic is matured in Virgin American Oak and gives sweet, malty notes with creamy pepper, banana, coffee and cocoa flavors.

Speyside – A single malt scotch whisky distilled from the Glentauchers distillery in the Speyside region. On the nose aromas of stewed apples, hints of vanilla, and raspberry. The palate is filled with flavors of vibrant pear, demerara sugar, and a sprinkle of white pepper.

Highlands –53.1%-A cask strength single malt aged 26 years and matured in refill Hogshead casks. Aromas of vanilla, honeydew, and cured meats. On the palate, sweet creaminess meets apricot, apple, and spicy pepper. The finish is medium bodied with tropical fruit and smoldering smoke.

Scotland - Speyside - 55.2% - Gordon & MacPhail – A 1978 Glenlivet single malt from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail that was matured in a refill sherry butt for 43 years, before being bottled in December 2021 as part of its Private Collection.

Speyside – A Single Malt cask aged 11 years from the historic Glen Grant distillery in the Speyside region. Classic Speyside aromas fill the nose. On the palate delicate flavors of oak, baking spices, and fruit. Medium-bodied with elderflower and a gentle touch of spice on the finish.

Speyside – 46.1% - From the Macallan distillery this single malt has been aged for 32 years. Golden in color, aromas of toffee, blackcurrant and orange peel fill the nose. The palate offers sweet, stewed fruit, dark cherries, and spices. Notes of toasted almonds linger on the finish.

Islay-46%- A single malt aged 28 years in refill Hogshead casks. Sweet honeycomb and vanilla aromas give way to ripe banana and pear. Smooth on the palate with flavors of apple and sweet liquorice transforms into zesty lime. Medium-bodied with a coating of pear and lime on the finish.

Scotland- Established in 1824 and situated overlooking the fishing boats on the River Spey, the Macallan Distillery produces a wonderfully complex spirit which we then carefully matured in quality oak casks ordered specifically for the 'Speymalt from Macallan Distillery' range.

Scotland, Islay- 43%- From Caol Ila, aged 13 years. Classic Islay aromas. The palate is bursting with flavors of tropical fruit, icing sugar with touches of malt and lemon peel to balance the sweetness. Long and soft finish with toasted marshmallows over bonfire embers. Best neat.

Speyside, Scotland- The pinnacle of the revamped Mortlach range is this 25 year old. Aged in refill American oak casks, this is a rich and flavorsome dram that shows off the distillery's fantastic spirit.

Highlands – 53.6% - A cask strength single malt aged 30 years and matured in refill Hogshead casks. Aromas of black pepper, lemon curd, and malt chocolate. On the palate, mouthwatering dried chilies with cacao dusted chocolate truffles. A delicate finish with notes of orange marmalade.

A refined whisky with rich notes of dried fruit, honey, and oak. Its smooth palate blends sweet malt, citrus, and light spice, finishing long and balanced. A well-aged, elegant dram, perfect for those who appreciate complexity without overpowering oak.

Scotland - Speyside - 56.1% - Filled in 1957, this spirit from Glen Grant Distillery has been matured by Gordon & MacPhail in a first-fill Sherry butt made specifically to complement the spirit.

Islay – 49.4% - Aged for 31 years this single malt matured in American Hogshead casks. Aromas of sweet baked apples and dried tobacco fill the nose. Full on the palate with flavor notes of malted cereal, bonfire embers, and subtle mint. A short finish of soft smoke and liquorice.

Scotland- Aromas of stewed raisin, toffee, underlying orange peel. Palate sweet, creamy, vanilla, raspberry, cranberry, cinnamon, clove, milk cocoa, roasted hazelnut, and oak. Medium length finish, lingering dried fruit with pepper. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.

Scotland- Aromas of vanilla fudge, cinnamon, ginger, citrus, forest fruit. Palate of ripe blackcurrant, stewed plum, black pepper, morello cherry, garden mint and nuts. Wonderful medium finish, lingering with citrus zest and strawberry. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.

Speyside-56.5%- A rare high aged single malt, distilled in 1959 from the Glen Grant distillery. Fragrant autumnal spice aromas intertwine with sweet, dried fruit. The palate is full of stewed red fruit, subtle mint, and cocoa powder. Cinnamon and forest fruits linger on the finish.

Scotland - Speyside - 54.8% - The G&M Connoisseurs Choice Longmorn 27yo is a cask-strength Speyside single malt, bottled around 109.6prf. This expression is matured for over two decades, offering a rare, independently bottled perspective on Longmorn’s spirit.

Islay – Light gold in color this high aged single malt was distilled in 1989. Sweet honeycomb and vanilla aromas give way to ripe banana and pear. Smooth with subtle traces of mint, red apple, and roasted hazelnut. Medium bodied with mouth coating notes of pear and lime on the finish

Scotland- On the nose, soft citrus and butter along with vanilla and sweet barley. The taste has more fruit, bordering on tropical. A bit more orchard fruit along with soft oak, spice, and pepper. Long, easy finish highlighted by lemon oil and anise.

Scotland- Aromas of winter spices, toffee, orange marmalade, and fruit cake. Palate of mouth-warming pepper, dark chocolate, toasted oak, red apples with a subtle almond. Wonderful long finish with light spice and persevering red apples. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.

Scotland- This 32 year old single malt holds aromas of vanilla, green apple, nutmeg, grapefruit. Smooth palate of white chocolate, banana, apple, white pepper, toasted malt. Wonderful finish holding oak, aniseed, and a herbal edge. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.
