Gose Beer

North Carolina- Gose. This style of beer generally offers a light body with tart flavors as well as a tratitional pinch of saltiness. These can be fruited or dry-hopped. Please see package for more information.

Texas- Gose- 6.6% ABV. An old style that is making a comeback, this sour wheat beer is brewed with coriander and salt giving a slight pucker while remaining very refreshing. Enjoy!

Canada - Based on the historic style from Leipzig region of Germany, this sour beer is brewed with slightly salted water and coriander seeds. With its 3.8% alcohol, it will dispel the misconception that low-alcohol beers do not taste anything!

United States - Texas - It is a rather obscure, tart, salty German style beer. Our version is soured in the kettle with a lactic culture. The tartness is tempered by salt additions from around the world and finished with coriander for a citrus and earthy touch.

Panama - Our interpretation of a Leipziger Gose with our own twist. Spiced with Indian coriander seeds and Himalayan Pink Salt. With a final conditioning of fresh local kaffir lime leaves.

United States - North Carolina - A clean and refreshing slightly sour ale. Made with sea salt, coriander, pineapple puree, lime juice and orange blossom. Perfect for hot summer days at the beach.

Wisconsin - Gose - 5.1% ABV. Gluten-Free Gose-Style Ale with Lime and Salt. Bright with a mild tartness % hint of citrus. Brewed without wheat, barely, rye, or oats. We hope you enjoy!

Panama - Our interpretation of a Leipziger Gose with our own twist. Spiced with Indian coriander seeds and Himalayan Pink Salt. With a final conditioning of locally sourced raspberry puree.

Oregon- Gose- 5.3% ABV. A Gose-style ale aged in oak barrels for up to 10 months before infusing with roselle hibiscus, fresh Meyer lemon zest, ground coriander and Oregon coast sea salt.

Colorado- Gose- 4.5% ABV. Pours a golden hue. "A German-style sour ale with lime and sea salt is a thirst quencher. A timeless, traditional tart gose with its zesty and salty disposition is brightened by a tangy citrus twist."A bier for every dia!

California- Gose- Pours a bright golden color. Earthy wood undertones and light mineral aroma with lemon zest & tropical fruit. Kettle-souring with lactobacillus imparts tartness and subtle fullness. Guava & peach flavors with sea salt dryness and lemon sourness & coriander.

United States - North Carolina - Nowhere to Gose is a refreshing non fruited gose. Notes of coriander, citrus and sea salt compliment the tart base brew canvas for an exemplary representation of the style. Nowhere to Gose is reminiscent of an ocean breeze!

Oklahoma- Gose- 5.5% ABV. Sancho is a Gose that has been fruited with mango and Ancho chili peppers. This Gose is an explosion of sweet mango that gives way to a lightly sour kick.

Maryland - Gose - 5.5% ABV. Infusions of cantaloupe and black lava sea salt strike a balance of sweet and salty flavors, with notes of oak-y smokiness creating a complex, yet refreshing and drinkable brew.

North Carolina- Gose- 4.3% ABV. Freshly crushed coriander and Himalayan salt complete the gose style. Loads of pureed strawberries add a fruity twist to a classic German style.

Maryland- Gose- 4.3%ABV. We took Westbrook's refreshing Gose and cranked up the volume a bit, adding a massive dose of Citra & Amarillo hops, then fermented it with various strains of Brettanomyces.

Michigan- Gose- 4.4% ABV. Our popular lime gose makes a delicious transformation after aging in a tequila barrel. Flavors of intense lime, aged agave and a bit of salinity will remind you of a margarita.

Illinois- Gose- Pale Golden color. Flavor and aroma contributed by wild yeasts and bacteria in the fermentation, presenting a lactic acid character of sharp, refreshing sourness, with subtle hop character. Citrusy, lemony notes along with coriander and sea salt minerality.

United States - Texas - Our Green Apple Gose has a little caramel balancing out the tartness giving a nice sweet flavor resembling an apple jolly rancher! Super crushable and very enjoyable to satisfy the casual day drinker.

South Carolina- Gose- 8.0% ABV. Tropical paradise awaits: Passionfruit, guava, mango burst forth and fill the air while lactose and sea salt act to bring smoothness and balance to this imperial concoction.
