Gose Beer

United States - Arizona - A quenching and totally crushable sour beer. Traditional tart and slightly salty gose, made with real fruit. We use over 100 lbs of real blackberries making this beer, which gives a gently fruity aroma with bright flavors.

Virginia- Gose- 4.5% ABV. Blackberry-Lime Gose is a tart, effervescent wheat beer that was brewed with sea salt and coriander, then refermented on blackberry and lime. The blackberry introduces both tangy and sweet notes that complement Gose's natural acidity.

California- Gose- Pours a bright golden color. Earthy wood undertones and light mineral aroma with lemon zest & tropical fruit. Kettle-souring with lactobacillus imparts tartness and subtle fullness. Guava & peach flavors with sea salt dryness and lemon sourness & coriander.

Virginia- Gose- 4.5% ABV. Key Lime Gose is tart, bright, and refreshing. Tropical flavors of coconut and key lime complement this effervescent summertime beer. We hope you enjoy!

Connecticut- Gose- 5.0% ABV. Rita, our take on a margarita! We packed this Gose full of limes, sea salt and agave nectar. We wanted a very easy drinking beer, so it will not overwhelm the palate.

North Carolina- Gose- 4.0% ABV. Our base gose recipe fermented on fresh watermelon puree giving the already tart and salty wheat beer a sweet character along with some fruity tartness to boost.

United States - Georgia - Watermelon Gose is a traditional German style beer brewed with sea salt and coriander. Tart and refreshing, our Gose is sure to blow any picnic out of the water...melon!!!

United States - Texas - It is a rather obscure, tart, salty German style beer. Our version is soured in the kettle with a lactic culture. The tartness is tempered by salt additions from around the world and finished with coriander for a citrus and earthy touch.

North Carolina- Gose- 4.5% ABV. A low gravity Gose-style Ale fermented with Passionfruit Puree. Tropical Passionfruit dominates the aroma and flavor and is backed by a refreshing tart finish.

Illinois - Gose - 4.0% ABV. An intense sour snack is followed up with a salty and zesty finish, which comes from additions of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt and Coriander. Pear & Strawberry flavors helps balance the beer. The salt in this beer lends to the very dry finish.

Kentucky - Gose - 5.0% ABV. Why take the extra time to wood-age beer? Why insist on the same pure, limestone water used to make bourbon? Well, here at Goodwood, we've come to believe that what's good for bourbon is even better for beer.

United States - Indiana - To 11 is based off of the historic German beer style Gose. The style is characterized by a light body with a bright acidity balanced by restrained addition of salt. To 11 also has the addition of lemon peel to enhance the fruity profile.
