Ground Breaker Ale

Oregon- Gluten-Free Beer- Gold Medal 2014, '16 & '17 GABF. Brewed using a very dark, near espresso-like roasted chestnuts. The dark chestnuts lend a roasty flavor & aroma with notes of chocolate & dark fruit. Hops take a supporting role allowing the roastiness to shine on the palate.

Washington- Gluten-Free Beer- 4.5% ABV. Brewed with blackberries and rose hips and then finished with copious amounts of Crystal hops for a classic Northwest aroma. At the same time Olallie has been kept light and dry with only a hint of bitterness.
