Hacienda Ale

United States - Wisconsin - Empires of the Mind is a new Hazy IPA brewed with a hefty amount of flaked & malted wheat and double dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin CGX & Simcoe. Expressive hop notes of pineapple, passionfruit, mandarin orange, and stone fruit.

Wisconsin- Hazy/New England-Style IPA- 5.9% ABV. Just like for Everything Eventually, we first dry hopped the beer with Citra — then we added an additional dry hop with Vic Secret. The result is a beer with a ton of passionfruit, grapefruit, pineapple & pine aroma/flavor.

United States - Wisconsin - Hazy Rye Pale Ale brewed with Sultana, Mosaic, and Chinook. Although similar in many ways to other Hazy Pale Ales and IPAs we brew, it differs in its use of a considerable amount of rye, which adds a subtle spicy and soft character to the beer.

United States - Wisconsin - A Belgian Golden Strong Ale built on a solid base of Pilsner and wheat malt. Belgian Candi Syrup is added for extra fermentable sugar and to add slight rum-like notes. Lightly hopped with CTZ and Saaz to balance out some of the sweetness.

United States - Wisconsin - Belgian-style golden strong ale built on a solid base of Pilsner and wheat malt. Belgian Candi sugar is added for extra fermentable sugar and to give slight rum-like notes, then cherries are added to make those fruity flavors pop.
