Hacienda Brewery Ale

Wisconsin- American IPA- 5.9% ABV. Everything Eventually is a hazy, juicy pale ale brewed as an expression for our love of New England style pale ales. The cloudiness of this beer is intentional and results from our use of a specific Vermont ale yeast strain

Wisconsin- American Pale Ale- 5.3% ABV. We focus on brewing modern, experimental beers-constantly taking inspiration from our surroundings in Door County and the ever-evolving craft beer scene.

Wisconsin- Hazy/NEIPA- 6.3% ABV. How Dare You Speak To Me is a double dry hopped IPA brewed with a high portion of malted wheat and oats to enhance body and mouthfeel and fermented with our house Vermont ale yeast strain. We double dry hop the beer with Simcoe Cryo and Mosaic.

Wisconsin- Hazy/New England-Style IPA- 5.9% ABV. Just like for Everything Eventually, we first dry hopped the beer with Citra — then we added an additional dry hop with Vic Secret. The result is a beer with a ton of passionfruit, grapefruit, pineapple & pine aroma/flavor.

United States - Wisconsin - This beer is a Red Rye IPA hopped with McKenzie and Azacca hops. Sipping on this beer, you will get juicy, tropical, caramel and malt aroma notes

United States - Wisconsin - Evolving Perspectives is an unfiltered West Coast IPA hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Cryo Simcoe and Idaho 7. Full, piney and a hoppy mouthfeel is what you get with this beer!

United States - Wisconsin - Empires of the Mind is a new Hazy IPA brewed with a hefty amount of flaked & malted wheat and double dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin CGX & Simcoe. Expressive hop notes of pineapple, passionfruit, mandarin orange, and stone fruit.

United States - Wisconsin - Our newest collaboration effort with our pals at Musellounge in Madison, WI. 6% IPA with a hefty pilsner malt base and hopped with Galaxy and Motueka CGX. We added some Blackberry Kush Terpines that adds a dank aromatic experience.
