United States - Illinois - The judicious use of Centennial, Columbus, Simcoe and Amarillo provides aromas of blended pine, citrus, papaya and mango. While the hops are forefront, the use of specialty malts provide balance and an obscenely dry finish.

United States - Illinois - Our love for hoppy beer can be traced directly back to Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Together with Sierra Nevada, we hand-selected freshly harvested hops in Yakima Valley specifically for this scaled up West Coast Double IPA version of Daisy Cutter.
