Haw River Ale

North Carolina- American Pale Ale. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas with less hop bitterness than an American IPA. Use of different hops offer different flavors and aromas.

North Carolina- American Pale Ale- 5.2% ABV. We use flaked oats to smooth out a more pleasant bitterness, and ferment with an expressive yeast to provide layers of juicy fruit that play wonderfully with the Crystal & Galaxy hops that we dry-hop for a bolder, aromatic hop aroma & finish.

North Carolina- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 5.8% ABV. With a name that translates to "a thousand flowers", our saison is brewed with both malted barley and artisan spelt, offering up a fresh bouquet of both Crystal and Sorachi Ace hops and finishing dry & crisp on the palate.

North Carolina- American Black Ale. This style of beer generally offers hop bitterness and roasted malt flavor and aroma. Hop characteristics are present through the flavor and aroma of dark roasted malts.

North Carolina- Tripel- 7.8% ABV. Our take on the traditional Trappist Tripel-style ale, brewed with authentic Belgian candi syrup and 100% NC-grown barley & rye, floor-malted by our friends at Riverbend Malthouse in Asheville.

North Carolina- Saison/Farmhouse Ale. This style of beer generally offers varying yeast character ranging from funk to fruit to farmhouse. Some may be aged with Brettanomyces to add tartness. Please see package for more information.

North Carolina- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 8.2%ABV. Our Imperial Rye Saison is brewed with fresh East Branch baby ginger root, a little toasted cumin seed and over 200 pounds of fresh red core carrots.

North Carolina- Hazy/New England-Style IPA- 6.7% ABV. A beautifully delicate, delightfully hazy 6.7% Belgian-style India Wheat Ale that we brewed with many, many buckets of freshly-foraged, young Scrub Pine needles and tips found just down the hill from the brewery here in Saxapahaw.

United States - North Carolina - Caramel-toasted malts, evergreen-infused water and juniper branches and then finished with fresh peppermint leaves to round everything out beautifully, Carolina Tapestry is a super-unique beer that's sure to bring something new to your glass!

United States - North Carolina - With over 20 pounds of South African red rooibos and sweet, smoky Lapsang Souchong tea leaves, along with whole Vietnamese black peppercorns, that create a unique, layered experience with a complex character and a warm finish

United States - North Carolina - A brand new saison with a punchy American hop profile, this lovely hybrid style checks all the boxes when you're looking for a light, crisp, refreshing pint with a great hop nose and a complex, layered finish!

North Carolina- Dubbel- 7.2% ABV. Brewed with oatmeal, dark chocolate and a blend of locally-roasted Sumatran & Ethiopian coffee beans, our Trappist-style "Breakfast" Dubbel is a smooth, silky take on a classic style, with floral aromatics of roasted coffee, and creamy cocoa.

North Carolina- Milk/Sweet Stout- 7.2% ABV. Milk stout brewed with fresh NC pumpkin, lactose, autumn spices & Kenya peaberry coffee. We hope you enjoy this perfectly brewed stout!

North Carolina- American Stout. This style of beer generally offers roasted malt flavors and aromas followed by a hoppy finish. These are dark in appearance with a tan head and a moderately high alcohol content.

United States - North Carolina - Javanog presents a beautiful balance of chocolate roast, spiced eggnog and fresh roasted coffee, bringing everything full circle with a deep, rich, sweet spice-forward aroma & finish.
