Finger Lakes, New York- Another "traditional" mead in that it only contains honey. The citrus front is balanced by the honey sugars, complimenting each other while leaving behind a smooth lingering floral aftertaste

Finger Lakes, New York- We use a more subtle oak for Feral, to provide a light contrast to the smooth honey. A rambunctious and rather wild mead with lots of twists and turns. An amazing lively array of citrus fruit and floral essences imparted by the yeasts alone.
