Hermit Thrush Ale

United States - Vermont - Sour golden ale aged in oak for 18 months with local raspberries and apples, fermented with native wild mixed culture. The result is a beautiful clear rosé colored beer with a balanced raspberry flavor, and a crisp champagne like finish.

Vermont- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 5.2% ABV. Brattlebeer is slightly tart, light bodied and dry with both fruity and malty undertones, and a rocky, champagne-like head. Enjoy with good friends.
