Herzog Red Wine

Alexander Valley, Sonoma, CA- A medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon exhibiting berry, cherry, and licorice aromas and flavors. Aging for 18 months in oak barrels has also contributed layers of mocha and vanilla. Wonderful with roasted turkey, barbecued meats, or pasta dishes.

California - Napa Valley- Produced from a single French Oak barrel and aged for 26 months. The result is a deep garnet color, a vivid palate of huckleberry, black cherry, and blueberry compote, finishing with long, satisfying hints of rose petals and warm spicy tannins.
